1. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted.
2. Physical Products (Shipped Items)
All physical products are final sale.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, clear photographic evidence must be sent to:

If the damage is verified upon inspection, a replacement item will be issued and shipped within 14 business days.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, loss, or mis delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, digital products, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Prophetess Renee. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
