Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products purchased from this website operated by Prophetess Renee (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including both digital and physical (shipped) goods.


1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase and the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital materials and expressly waive any right to a refund or chargeback based on the nature of the product.


2. Shipped Physical Items – No Refunds
All physical products shipped from this store are non-refundable. All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.


3. Damaged or Defective Items (Shipped Goods Only)
If a shipped item arrives damaged, the customer must inspect the item upon receipt.

  • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s).

  • Photos must be sent to: support@prophetessrenee.com

All submitted images will be reviewed and assessed to determine eligibility of the claim. If damage is confirmed and approved, a replacement item will be issued and shipped within 14 business days of approval.


4. Limitation of Claims
Failure to report damage within the 24-hour inspection window will result in the claim being ineligible for review or replacement.
